1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Presumed factual basis

A. Each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 and 2 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) was divided on February 4, 1987 into the land (the name of the administrative district is changed to the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, on July 1, 2014; hereinafter “pre-divisioned land”).

A.
