Basic Facts

Each land listed in the attached list of the history and current status of the instant land (hereinafter referred to as “C land”, “D land”, and “the instant land” when collectively referred to as “the two lands” is indicated as “E Eup” and “E” on the land cadastre of the instant land in order to prevent confusion. However, in order to prevent confusion, the land is integrated and indicated as “E”.

F The land of 6,199 square meters (hereinafter “the land before the instant partition”) was part of the said land.

The land before the division of this case was successively transferred to G, H (H, G), and I in order by the owner on the registry. On June 1956, the land was divided into the J or D (hereinafter “each land after the division of this case”).

After the division of this case, the remaining land, other than the land of this case, has completed distribution procedures under the Farmland Reform Act, and the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of the distributors.

On March 1, 1996, each land after the division of this case was changed to J or D of Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do.
