Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on September 26, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon District Court on October 25, 2015. On March 10, 2016, the same court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion larceny, larceny, etc., and on November 12, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed in Daejeon Prison.

1. Intrusion on a structure, theft;

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door of the private church room managed by the victim E and intruded into the entrance on March 9, 2017, the Defendant: (b) took a theft with the Nowon-gu bank of an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 in the market price of Samsung No. 1,30,000, which was the victim’s ownership; and (c) cut off with the No. 50,000,000,00

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victims and stolen the victims' property.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On April 1, 2017, at around 03:00 on April 1, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the church page and stolen the case with the victim I, who was on the computer’s book, with KRW 8,000,00 in the market price equivalent to KRW 1.50,000 in the market price.

B. On April 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the worship room managed by L by the victim and stolen Samsung Nohbuk, with the market value of KRW 400,000,000, at around 05:00, the victim’s ownership, which was located therein; and (b) stolen by the Defendant, with one Samsung Nohbuk, equivalent to KRW 400,000.
