A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 9, 2018, the Defendant entered the 1 warship headquarters of the Navy, and worked as the sergeant C, and was discharged from military service on January 30, 2020, with the intention to make an appearance by forging the application for an appearance for public service.
1. Forgery of public documents and the uttering of forged public documents;
A. On January 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 09:20 on Jan. 22, 2020, the Defendant opened a model file of “application for official withdrawal” stored in the office-use computer located in Pyeongtaek-dong headquarters B headquarters located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Dong-dong, and opened the file in the column to which he belongs; (b) on the date and time column, “B belt”; (c) 09:0-17:30 on Feb. 2, 201; (d) rank/name/Gun column: “Military Port A, E, CF G; and (e) on the line column; (b) on the ground column, the Defendant again presented it to the “receiving of the discharged person’s clothes”; and (c) on the bottom of the application form, the Defendant stated that the application form was forged with the official seal of the official seal of the military police headquarters; and (d) stated that the application form was forged with the official seal of the official seal of the said military police headquarters; and (e) stated that it was issued with the official seal of the official seal of B 1.
B. On January 23, 2020, the Defendant opened a file of “application for Official Shipment” stored in a computer for business purposes at the above location on January 23, 2020, and continued to print out documents indicating the BJ’s official seal on the following, and opened the BJ-type file on the attached column “BJ”, “BJ-23, 09:0-17:30 on the date and time,” and “BJ-2, 00 on the rank/name/Gun column: The Defendant stated “Military Port A, E”, and “SB-3, 200:30 on the day,” and entered the lower part as “the clothes receipt of the discharged person”, and entered as “BJ-1, 200, 200:30 on the attached page,” and opened the files in the B-type “application Form,” and “B-3,000 on the date and time, 20:30 on the attached column.”
