A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2017, the Defendant enlisted in the Air Force as the Air Force Soldiers, and returned from July 3, 2017 to April 1, 2019, the Defendant called the “AF C Military Police Team of the Air Force C Military Police Team”, which was located in the Won-si, from July 3, 2017 to April 1, 2019.

1. Forgery of an official document;

A. On Nov. 1, 2018, the Defendant requested D to issue a veterinary leave certificate from the above military unit on Nov. 1, 2018. On November 2018, the Defendant requested D to issue a veterinary leave certificate from the foregoing military unit on D in the middle of the police officer, and D in the column to which the instant operating control unit belongs, “A” in the military police officer column, “E” in the military column, “F” in the name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the name column, “F” in the column of reasoning.
