A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at night at Jeju District Court on November 28, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison on January 28, 2015.

[2] On March 2, 2017, from around 05:09 to 07:00, the Defendant intruded into the first floor office of the building B at Jeju, and opened a dricke and stolen KRW 40,000 in cash owned by the victim C.

1. Larceny and intrusion theft of a structure at night;

A. On June 5, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant stolen the said vehicle by opening an unlocked vehicle door and driving by using the keys of the vehicle in question, which was parked in the parking lot of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Sports Center 24:00,000, 24:00.

B. On June 11, 2018, around 01:03, the Defendant: (a) took off one stringr, which was loaded by accessing the victim’s name and infresh, parked on the road near the F in Jeju-si; (b) took the victim H in Jeju-si by cutting the entrance locks using a stolen cutting machine, which came into an I restaurant operated by the victim H; and (c) invaded the inside to the extent of cutting the entrance locks; and (d) took 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

On June 21, 2018, at around 04:20, the Defendant stolen the said vehicle by opening a door of the unlocked vehicle and driving by using the keys of the vehicle in question, which was parked in the parking lot for the Gaon Multi-Purpose Sports Center located in the 169-ro 1,000,000.

2. On February 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected L, an Internet site, in the PC room near the PC room in Jeju Island on February 11, 2018; (b) posted a notice to sell a new global merchandise coupon; and (c) reported and contacted M, the Defendant sent money to the Defendant.
