Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around February 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape, etc. to Disabled Persons) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Correctional Institution on April 13, 2015, and due to the above crime, the Defendant is a subject of electronic supervision who is equipped with a location tracking device managed by the Jeju Probation Office of the Ministry of Justice.
Criminal facts
1. Larceny;
A. On July 3, 2016, around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat door for a vehicle with no identification of the number parked in front of the Donam Elementary School, 22:5,00 Do; and (b) opened into the vehicle into the vehicle and stolen the vehicle with a face value of KRW 2,790,000, which was contained in the container bed.
B. At around 22:50 on July 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-door for driving of the D SPP car owned by the victim C, which was parked in front of the latter part of the Donam Elementary School, Do, 22:50, Do; (b) opened into the vehicle into the vehicle, and stolen it, with the 200,000 won of the market price of Samsung Gggno Tam 2 mobile phones and the 2,000 won of the market price contained in the container bed.
C. On July 3, 2016, around 23:00 on July 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of G Sti-type car owned by the victim F, which was parked on the front road, and entered the vehicle into the container, and stolen it with the money equivalent to KRW 3,000 and the money equivalent to KRW 3,00.
2. On July 3, 2016, around 23:10, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in the EFachisa car in order to identify the number parked in front of the 12 Do, south-do, 12 Do, and colors the articles to be stolen by entering the vehicle; (b) however, the Defendant was not aware of the Defendant’s location and was committed against the staff I of the Jeju Probation Office at the Ministry of Justice, who was in charge of management and supervision.
The defendant of "2016 Highest 1972" is the Jeju District Court on February 2, 2012.
