A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded on a garage by the opening door door to the victim C (year 67) located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si on February 11, 2018; (b) opened a string door to the string door; and (c) stolen the said victim’s cash amounting to KRW 20,000, which was kept in custody in the string between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting.

2. Larceny;

A. On March 17, 2018, around 13:10 on March 17, 2018, the Defendant opened a string door of FF taxi parked at the front of E on the road before Jeju, and cut off the string, and cut off the 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim G (the age of 65) who was in custody of the driver’s seat and contact heading, and 100,000 won in the market price with one identification card.

B. On June 6, 2018, around 00:08, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the entrance of the J-si Ha-dong Hall, which was parked therein; (b) and (c) cut off, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 30,000 in cash owned by the Victim K, which was kept in the contact Ha-dong Hall.

C. On August 9, 2018, around 01:01, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked at the L apartment parking lot in Jeju-si; and (b) cut off and stolen cash owned by the victim N(58 years old) and kept in the taxi.

On August 28, 2018, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the front parking lot of the O apartment Pdong in the city of 23:30 on August 28, 2018, and cut off, and stolen, with the New World Product Rights 60,000 won, US$ 50 (Korean US$ 55,350) owned by the victim R (36) who was in custody of the contact heading.

E. At around 23:00 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door of a vehicle parked at the S parking lot at Jeju-si; and (b) cut off, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 471,00,000 owned by the victim U (S) who was kept in the contact heading.
