A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million on July 30, 201, a fine of KRW 3 million on June 7, 2011, and a fine of KRW 7 million on May 22, 2013, respectively, with respect to any violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those who are engaged in driving a B human vehicle;
