A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B K5

On October 6, 2018, around 00:12, the Defendant came to go straight from the direction of E in the direction of D, one-lane of the two-lanes in front of the member C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

Since there is a place where vehicle traffic is frequent in front of the center, the person engaged in the vehicle driving duty has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately operating the steering direction and brakes well, and by accurately operating the steering direction and brakes.

2. Around 00:12 on October 6, 2018, the Defendant driven B 5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 1.4km from around 0.135% at the section of approximately 1.4km to the road front of the 907 Central History Road in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, to the front of the road, as the center of the same Gu.
