A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant was unable to obtain a loan under his/her credit standing, and thus was able to forge a lease contract with the Defendant’s wife C and joint owners with a certificate of business registration and a certificate of business license to borrow money based on this, with a view to borrowing money based on the following: (a) the lessee of the lease contract as a means to include the above C in the lease contract.

2.
