1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 27,818,133 and KRW 20,780,141 among them, from March 2, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1 and No. 4 as to the cause of the claim, it is recognized that Aju Capital Co., Ltd. set KRW 22,00,000 to the defendant on June 22, 2011 as 29% per annum and lent it to the defendant on June 22, 2011, and that Aju Capital Co., Ltd. shall have the fact that the defendant did not pay the principal and interest (20,780,141, interest 7,037,92) to the defendant on March 5, 2014, transferred the above principal and interest claim to the plaintiff and notified the defendant of the transfer of the above credit at that time.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is within the scope of overdue interest rate calculated from March 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment, as to KRW 27,818,13 of the principal and interest of the loan and KRW 20,780,141 of the principal and interest of the loan.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
