1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 28,229,628 and KRW 25,347,224 from March 2, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1 and No. 4 as to the cause of the claim, it is recognized that Aju Capital Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 85,00,000 to the defendant on July 25, 201, at the interest rate of 27.9% per annum. It is recognized that Aju Capital Co., Ltd. transferred the above principal and interest claim to the plaintiff on March 5, 201, and notified the defendant of the transfer of the above credit at that time.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is within the scope of overdue interest rate calculated from March 2, 2016 to the day of full payment, for the principal and interest of 28,229,628 won and the principal of the loan, 25,347,224 won and the principal of the loan.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
