Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) driven a rocketing car at around 10:50 on October 7, 2013; (b) led the Defendant to proceed one-lane road in front of the Dong Village Bus bus stops located in the Dong-dong Eup at the time of regular Eup at the time of regular Eup to the area where the new Si-Eup is located in the valley.

At around 10:50 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in front of the Dong-dong Village bus stop located in the Dong-dong-Eup at the time of regular Eup without a driver's license.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of Bunst Motor Vehicle.

No person shall operate any automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 10:50 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the bus stops in the Dong-dong Village bus stops located in the Si-Saein-In-Sadong-Eup at the time of Si-Sadong-si.
