Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On July 29, 2014, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven a Bunch truck without obtaining a driver’s license for approximately 1 km section from the front of the “Jaegi YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 13:55 on the same day to the front road of the “Sastm” 6, which is located in the front of the “YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

B. At around 14:20 on July 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front day of the “Saeama” 6, which is located in the west-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front day of the “Jaeaeama” road located in the front day of the “Jaean-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.

2. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the owner of Bunched Bun cargo vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance, was driving the above cargo vehicle at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant driving a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
