A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 11, 2014, at around 15:55, the Defendant: (a) carried a knife (30cm in length, 16 cm in length) of a dangerous object from the Defendant, carrying the knife (16 cm in length) in his knife, and driving the knife (EL F), which is an object dangerous to the Defendant’s possession of, and driving the knife (16 cm in length) while carrying the knife, the knife in the said knife, carrying the knife and the knife in the said knife who was on duty of the Defendant, was examined as larceny; and (b) took the knife onto the knife and knife the entrance and knife by the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties such as the handling of reports by police officers.

2. The Defendant damaged the special public goods at the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, 2, 3 and 112 patrols (I) who had been stopped at the entrance of the police box after leaving the door gate box by the Tracker, putting the Tracker to the police box, and stopped at the entrance of the police box.

As a result, the defendant carried a Track, which is a dangerous object, destroyed the window gate of the entrance of the above Track for repair, and damaged the Track for the repair cost of KRW 946,878, which is a public object.
