Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Seogu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 5, 2018 at the Daegu Prison.

[2] On March 24, 2018, at around 04:56, the Defendant reported 112 under the influence of alcohol at the Defendant’s house located in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 on March 24, 2018; and (b) reported her knife that “the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

At around 05:20 on the same day, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, threatened the police officer with an inquiry of the police officer on the developments leading up to the 112 report, F of the police box, G, H, I, I, and B of the same G, H, I, and B of the 112 report, and threatened the police officer on the ground that he did not return to the police officer. B, “I are bit bit of a bitch, bit of a bitch, a bit of a bitch, a bitch, a bit of a bitch, and a bit of a bitch. I, I, and I would like to threaten the police officer to harm the police officer by continuing to go through a bit box, a dangerous object box outside the house, and driving the police officer on a bit.

Accordingly, the defendant, using the Trackor, who is a dangerous object, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
