Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2019, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim’s right knee, knee, knee, on one occasion due to the fact that the Defendant was in contact with D, a bus engineer, at C bus in the vicinity of the bus stops B located in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and then was requested by the bus passenger E (19 years of age) from the bus passenger; and (b) was tight to the victim’s body, and was tightly knee, knee, knee, kne, kne.
