The sentence against the accused shall be determined as a fine of KRW 1,00,000 (one million).

When the defendant does not pay a fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 01, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the property that was occupied by the victim without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of the C Credit Card (D) lost by the victim B (Nam & 66 years of age) from the “Twit-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul Sam-gu 47, and returning it to the victim,” and embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On June 16, 2019, at around 22:37, the Defendant: (a) set off a bus stop (ID) in the bus stops (ID) located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) set up a bus fee of KRW 1,200; (c) presented the victim’s C credit card as if the bus manager was his/her card; and (d) recognized the C credit card information in contact with the bus, thereby allowing the victim to process information by inputting the credit card information without authority; and accordingly, (c) denied the use of the credit card obtained and obtained profit by allowing the victim to pay it.

The defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 107,740 won in total by using public transportation over 95 times, such as the attached list of crimes (1) in the same manner, and used the lost victim's card unlawfully.

B. On June 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:48, 200 won in the “HPC room” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) presented the victim’s C credit card to the owner of the store as if it were one’s own card; (c) and (d) paid 1,000 won to the owner of the store, thereby illegally using the credit card acquired and acquired a considerable amount of profit.

In the same manner, the Defendant, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from April 16, 2019 to October 28, 2019, paid 112 times, including the amount of “HPC bank”, thereby obtaining property benefits equivalent to KRW 340,620, and illegally using the lost victim’s card.
