A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, some expressions in the facts charged were legally adopted and the court corrected ex officio based on the evidence investigated by this court.
1. Around 06:50 on January 12, 2016, the Defendant continued to engage in a D bus operated by the victim C at the bus stops located in the 424 Olympic Park, 424 South and North Korean Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and, at the same time, expressed that “A bus fee was erroneously made on the front bus. . . . . . . . . . . f. . . . . . . . . . .. .. .. .. .... 1, 2016. . .. .. . .. .. .. .. .. .
Accordingly, the victim renounced the demand for the payment of bus charges and re-operations, the defendant set up the car by side of the victim, and assaulted the victim by cutting down the arms of the victim in operation from the bus, breathing flaps, etc.
2. At around 07:10 on January 12, 2016, the Defendant suffered an injury to the left-hand pelle, which requires medical treatment for about 10 weeks, by taking a francing the F’s left cover and taking a francing away from F to F along with the top, while the police officers, etc., who were called by the above bus officers after receiving 112 reports from the above bus officers, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and resisting the f to F’s chest, etc., in the course of responding to the resistance by: (a) the police officers, etc., who were called by the above bus officers of the Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Park Station No. 112; and (b) the police officers, etc., who were called up with the above bus officers, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender; and (c) thereby hindering F’
