Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C과 D, E, F, G, H, I(각 기소유예)의 공모 범행 피고인들과 D, E, F, G, H, I은 안산시 단원구 J에 있는 K교회 L 개혁파 교인들로, 2018. 8. 12. 14:20경 위 L 주일학교 건물 1층 강의실에서 비개혁파 교인인 피해자 M(목사), 피해자 N, 피해자 O, 피해자 P, 피해자 Q, 피해자 R, 피해자 S, 피해자 T, 피해자 U, 피해자 V, 피해자 W, 피해자 X, 피해자 Y, 피해자 Z이 14:30로 예정된 연합예배를 위해 모여 기도를 하는 등 예배 준비를 하는 것을 보고, 피해자들이 피고인들에게 아무런 고지도 없이 주일학교 건물 1층 강의실을 사용하는 것이 부당하다는 이유로 화를 내며, 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C은 위 강의실에 들어가 피고인 B은 “우리가 이 공간을 썼잖아. 얘기를 하고 써야 할 것 아니냐고.”, “그럼 우리가 11시에 본당 써도 돼 ”라고 큰 소리로 말하고, 피고인 A는 “쓰고 있는 사람한테 얘기해야 될 것 아니야.”, “예배방해죄로 고발해. 그러면 되잖아.”라고 큰 소리로 말하고, 피고인 C은 "너네 쓰는 장소가 아니잖아.

"A large volume" refers to "D, E, F, G, H, and I continued to prevent victims from proceeding for towing, without going through about 20 minutes from the lecture room, such as continuing to go back to the lecture room and the inside of the lecture room, or photographing the victims inside the lecture room and the victims on mobile phone.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with D, E, F, G, H, and I to interfere with the worship of the victims.

2. Defendant A: (a) was a member of the “revout sect” L (J) KIE in Ansan-si; (b) around 08:40 on May 13, 2018, there was a school in the contact room of the first floor of the said L, AA, AB, AC, etc.; and (c) was the victim who was the “non-revout sect.”
