Criminal facts

Defendants, G, H, I, J, and K were the members of the M church located in the Busan city of Busan, and there was a conflict with victims on the grounds that there was a circumstance in which the victims N(58 years old) who are the members of the above church embezzled the contribution of the above church, and they reported their worship separately from the victims in the second floor of the above church from August 2015.

On May 8, 2016, at around 10:00 G, H, I, J, K, and the first floor of the above church, the Defendants decided to hold a joint meeting on the first floor of the above church at around 13:00 on the same day, and tried to prepare a joint meeting by entering the church, in advance, on the ground that the victim does not bring the entrance entrance of the church, and did not bring the Defendants into the church, thereby obstructing the worship of the victim’s worship.

On May 8, 2016, at around 10:30, G, H, I, J, K, and the first floor entrance of the above church, Defendant E brought a large amount of watch (one name tag) which is a dangerous object in the vicinity, and opened the entrance door in the above network, and Defendant B and Defendant D got off the glass door by means of sending off the above glass door from the side to the front door of the above church, thereby destroying the open door of the market and leaving it inside of the above church.

피고인들은 G, H, I, J, K 과 위 피해 자가 예배를 진행하는 것을 발견하고, 피고인 A는 예배를 진행하던 피해자의 마이크를 손으로 잡아 꺽고, 피고인 B, 피고인 C, 피고인 D는 피해자의 양팔과 허리 등을 잡아 강대상 아래로 끌어 내리고, 이에 피고인 E, G, H, I, J, K 등이 가담하여 피고인들과 G, H, I, J, K 등은 함께 피해 자를 본당 중앙부분까지 끌고 가면서 위 피해자의 팔과 몸 부위 등을 잡아끌거나 밀쳐 위 피해자에게 약 4 주간의 치료를 요하는 우측 슬관절 내측 부 염좌 및 내측 반월 상 연골 파열 등의 상해를 가하였다....
