Nevertheless, from February 5, 2018 to March 6, 2018, the Defendants conspired to engage in commercial sex acts in the said “F”, which received 70,000 to 120,000 won from many and unspecified men who found commercial sex acts from the said “F,” and led them to engage in similar conduct, such as having the said women of commercial sex acts, such as G, H, and I, look at the sexual organ of the said male.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. No one shall commit an act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. by Defendants B, D, A or C;
Nevertheless, from March 6, 2018 to March 200:15, 2018, the Defendants conspired to engage in sexual traffic in the said “F” and provided guidance to an unspecified number of men who found sexual traffic in the said “F, with KRW 1.20,00 won from KRW 70,000 to KRW 1.20,00,000, and provided guidance to the marina room, thereby allowing the said women of Chinese nationality, such as G, H, and I, to engage in similar behavior or sexual intercourse.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
