Punishment of the crime

around 17:50 on July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) found in front of the house of the victim D (n, 73 years of age) living in the same apartment located in Pyeongtaek-si apartment 703 on the same apartment; and (b) destroyed the above gate and locking device so as to cover approximately 470,00 won of repairing expenses, such as destroying the locking system installed in the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

1. On July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed D and E, the president of the Senior Citizens Association, a senior citizens’ meeting, which had been satisfed by the Defendant in the office of Pyeongtaek-si Senior Citizens Association, by misunderstanding that the Defendant was satisfed with each other; and (b) thereby, damaged satisfing machines monitors, water purifiers, electronic stamps, etc. at the market price, which is the ownership of the victim’s name and unsatisfed.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. On July 13, 2016, around 05:30 on July 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s boom in the front of the victim D’s house; and (b) destroyed the bareboat insertion ( approximately 50 centimeters in length) which is a dangerous object for the same reason as paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

3. On July 13, 2016, at around 05:40, the Defendant: (a) damaged the front of the victim E in Pyeongtaek-si by means of a tamplet ( approximately 50 centimeters in length), which is a dangerous object, for the same reason as that of paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.
