A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for property damage in Busan District Court on March 17, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan District Court on June 25, 2016.

1. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:15, 206 at the Busan Dong-gu Busan Dong-gu, the Busan Dong-gu, located in the Busan Dong-gu, the center of Busan Dong-gu, destroyed the repair cost of KRW 80,00,00, by using each item of tree (44cm in total length, 44cm, 4cm in thickness) which is a dangerous object for two glass signboards installed and managed by the victim's Dong-gu, Busan, and damaged the repair cost to the sum of KRW 80,00.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. The Defendant continued to enter the above dates and places into the Busan Station and used the above trees in Busan Station, thereby getting off the 1st floor safety pen in the south of the Busan National Railroad, which is owned by the Defendant, and made the scam string in the side of the scam string in the south of the Busan National Railroad, and destroyed the scam 2,00,000 won in total in repair expenses by making the scam string in the second floor of the use of the above scam string.
