A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B or passenger cars in accordance with the Automobile Management Act, such as fabrication of air defense, uttering of forged air defense, and violation of the Automobile Management Act;

The Defendant, on December 4, 2013 due to the delinquency in the payment of administrative fines, kept in custody and was unable to operate the vehicle, forged the registration number plate and attached it to the said van, and attempted to operate it. On April 20, 2014, the Defendant forged the air-defense registration number plate by attaching the “B” of rubber materials to the steel plate at the construction site of pet-in in the vicinity of Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and operated the said van from around that time to August 12, 2014.

For this purpose, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate, and used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around August 12, 2014, the Defendant operated the said Bone Star and the said Bone Star, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the front road, etc. of the Young apartment in Man-gu Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
