Punishment of the crime
[Judgment of the court below] Since around 1998, C Co., Ltd. and D Co., Ltd. performed the E Co., Ltd.'s agency business as to profits, expenditures, etc. incurred in relation to the ship operated by Korea Co., Ltd.
From 1998 to January 29, 2010, the Defendant served as the director of Incheon Office of C Stock Companies and D Stock Companies, and has been delegated with the duties of selecting various collaborative companies, such as vessel repair, and determining the cost of goods and services related to vessels operated by E Limited Corporation.

1. Around January 2002, the Defendant received 11,954,800 won, excluding 5% of the service cost to be normally paid to F from the E Limited Corporation, received 629,200 won in cash, and used it personally from the date on which he received 629,200 won, from the date on which he received 5% of the above 5% of the service cost to be paid to F to F, and received 5% of the total amount of 95,53,170 won in cash, from January 2010 to the date on which he received 5% of the above 5% of the above 5% of the above 5% of the service cost to be paid to F, or the total amount of claims paid to F, from January 2010 to the date on which he received 5% of the above 5% of the above 5% of the above 5% of the total amount of claims, and received 5% of the total amount in cash.
