【Criminal Facts】
1. From January 200, the Defendant has been in office as the head of Slim Shipping Co., Ltd., and from February 2010, as the E-office of Slim Shipping Co., Ltd., the Defendant was in office as the head of E-office of Slim Shipping Co., Ltd., Ltd., and has been delegated with the duties of selecting various co-contractors, such as repair of vessels and determining the cost of goods and services related to vessels operated by Slim Shipping
A. On February 2010, the Defendant received KRW 10,285,000,00 from F, from the date of receipt of an unjust solicitation from the F representative G to provide water to a vessel operated by the said short-dong International Port Limited Corporation, and paid KRW 514,00,00 as the water supply price to F, around February 2010, after receiving an illegal solicitation from the F representative G to have it selected as a collaborative company in order to continue to be maintained as a collaborative company, and received KRW 38,219,00,00 in total over 54 times in total, from the time of receipt of a refund in cash equivalent to 5% of the above payment amount, from around March 2010, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (F).
B. On February 2010, the Defendant received property in breach of trust from H paid KRW 29,042,854 as service price around February 2010, upon receiving an illegal solicitation from H representative I to request H representative I to provide cleaning and gambling services on a ship operated by the said short-term International Port Limited Corporation, and requesting H to maintain it as a partner company continuously, and paying KRW 29,04,854 as service price to H around February 201, and around that time, KRW 1,452,00 equivalent to 5% of the above payment amount in cash.
