1. Based on the counterclaim, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) attached Form 2508 square meters of the F forest land in Asan City to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with No. 10644 on May 15, 1991, with respect to the 2508 square meters of F forest land in Ansan-si (hereinafter “the instant forest”).

B. On the ground of “sale on September 22, 1990” with respect to the land of this case 1826 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) and 593 square meters (hereinafter “the instant two land”) that is adjacent to the instant forest, Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court on the ground of “sale on September 22, 1990.” As to the ownership transfer registration under Defendant B’s name was made on April 12, 1993 on the ground of “the title trust termination on August 12, 1993.” Of these, the ownership transfer registration under Defendant B was made on the ground of “the title transfer registration under Defendant E’s name was made on December 21, 1993” and the ownership transfer registration under Defendant E’s name was made on the same date on the same date on the grounds of “the ownership transfer registration under Defendant E’s name on December 12, 1993, and 10/100 on the same portion.”

C. Of the instant lands 1 and 2, the ownership transfer registration has been made under Defendant C’s name on May 29, 2003 on the ground of “trade on July 29, 1994; Defendant C’s share on October 22, 1994; Defendant D’s share on May 28, 2003; and Defendant C’s share on May 28, 2003 on the ground of “trade on May 28, 2003”; Defendant C’s share on the instant land; Defendant C’s share on the instant land; Defendant C’s share on the instant land; Defendant C’s share on 25/100; Defendant D’s share on 10/100; and Defendant E’s share on May 28, 2003.

The forest of this case was originally located in the forest land area of 2479m2, the land area of this case was 1983m2 on the land cadastre, and the land of this case of this case was 720m2 on the land cadastre, and the land of this case was originally located in the forest area. The land of this case was originally registered in the forest area.
