1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of No. 10644 on May 15, 1991 with respect to F forest land 2508 square meters (hereinafter “the instant forest”).

B. With respect to the area of 1826 square meters in the G, Y, and 593 square meters in the G (hereinafter “the instant land”) prior to H (hereinafter “the instant land”) adjacent to the instant forest, the ownership transfer registration under Defendant B was made on the ground of “sale on September 22, 1990,” the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon District on April 12, 1993 on the ground that the ownership transfer registration under the name of Defendant B was made on April 12, 1993 on the ground that “the title transfer registration under the name of Defendant B was made on August 12, 1993” on the ground that the ownership transfer registration under the name of Defendant E was made on December 21, 1993 on the grounds that “the title trust is terminated on August 12, 1993” and “the ownership transfer registration under the name of Defendant E was made on the same date on the same date on the same date on the grounds that the ownership transfer registration under the name of Defendant E was made on the same 10/10/10/10/10 of shares.

C. Of the instant lands Nos. 1 and 2, the ownership transfer registration has been completed on May 29, 2003 under Defendant C’s name on the ground of “trade on July 29, 1994; Defendant C’s share on October 22, 1994; Defendant D’s share on May 28, 2003; Defendant D’s share on May 29, 2003; and Plaintiff’s share on May 28, 2003; Defendant C’s ownership transfer registration has been completed on May 1, 2003; Defendant C’s share on land Nos. 1 and 2; Defendant C’s share on land of this case; Defendant C’s share on 25/100; Defendant D’s share on 10/100; and Defendant E’s share on 20/100.

The forest of this case was originally located in the forest land area of 2479 square meters in the forest land register, and the land of this case of 1983 square meters in the land cadastre, and the land of this case of 20 square meters in the land cadastre, but its original area was 720 square meters in the land cadastre, respectively.
