1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. With respect to the forest land of this case, the Daejeon District Court filed for the registration of the establishment of the Incheon District Court and the registration of the preservation of ownership in the name AE was completed on January 17, 1930. The registration and the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of AE was completed on the grounds of “trade on January 1, 1962.” As AF, Defendant H, AG, AH, Defendant Q, Defendant Q, AI, and Defendant AB (hereinafter “AF, etc.”) with the same registration and the registration received on December 6, 1971 as the receipt of No. 19465 on December 6, 1971.
B. As to Defendant Q’s portion, the registration was made under the name of Daejeon District Court (Seoul District Court) and the registration was received on September 21, 1998, as to Defendant AC’s portion, and the registration was made on March 15, 2003 under the same registration and the registration was received on March 15, 2003. As to Defendant A’s portion, the registration was completed on January 3, 201, based on the “Order on Provisional Seizure against Real Estate” (Seoul District Court Decision 2010Kadan6493, Jan. 3, 2011) and on January 195, 201.
C. AF died on December 16, 2006, and died on October 18, 1982, and died on December 3/77, 2006; Defendant D, E, F, G 2/77; and AG 2/49; AH died on July 2, 1996 and died on March 11, 2006; Defendant D, E, N, P, P, P, and AI died on March 2/83, 201, and died on March 11, 2006, and died on March 3/7, 200, and Defendant D, C, N, P, P, P, P, P, and C, the wife’s children, and C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, and C, and C, the wife’s heir’s heir, C, C, C, C, C, C, C, and C, C, and C, the heir (3).
AE died on December 10, 195 (the date of December 10, 1958) of the short-term 4291, and family heir succeeded to the property of AE, and a child of AL succeeds died on November 29, 1983 and succeeded to the property of AL. The plaintiff is the head of AL (the date of May 31, 1950) who is the south of AL, and one of the co-inheritorss of AL.
