A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act, and fabrication of air defense;

A. On October 2014, the Defendant committed early October 2014, 2014, at the residence of the Defendant located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon, the registration number plate of the Defendant’s C high-ranking vehicle was kept in custody in the Sungdong-gu Office. The Defendant made a white painting on the wooden wheel, and made the front number plate “C” in a way of writing letters in a black color.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate and forged air defense.

B. On March 2016, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of Haman: (a) was placed in custody by the police officer at the place indicated in paragraph 1(a) at the lower police officer on March 1, 2016; and (b) the forged registration number plate was placed in custody by the police officer; and (c)

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate and forged air defense.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the use of forged air;

A. From October 2014 to March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached a forged motor vehicle registration number plate at the time and place indicated in paragraph (a) of Article 1; (b) attached the front part of the relevant low-est motor vehicle registration plate; and (c) operated or parked the said motor vehicle while attaching the forged motor vehicle registration number plate from around that time to March 20, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged motor vehicle registration number plate at the same time.

B. From March 2016 to April 30, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) attached the forged registration number plate at the time and place specified in paragraph (b) of Article 1; and (b) attached the front part of the forged registration number plate, and (c) operated or parked the said vehicle while attaching the forged registration number plate from around that time to April 30, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged motor vehicle registration number plate at the same time.
