Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff (Appointeds) and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiffs, etc.”) included the designated parties who died during the instant lawsuit.
The plaintiff et al. resided in the area and time of residence of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong and Dosan-dong, a neighboring residents, such as the Air Force 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant airfield”), located in the New Mine-dong 704-13 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant airfield”). The term “time of damage period” in the attached Form 7 of the damage compensation statement was all or part of the time from the time of entry to the time of entry “time of damage period”.
