A and C shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and six months, by imprisonment of eight months, and by imprisonment of six months, respectively.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

5. Special larceny by Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C

A. On February 3, 2016, the Defendants: (a) around 23:00, at the construction site at the end of the terminal for the treatment of wastewater in the polyspian industrial complex, and (b) around 8,190,000 won at the market price managed by the victim M who was located at the above construction site by using any creb in the crepane inside the polyspon industry; (c) on February 3, 2016, the Defendants carried 1 ton of G 1 ton of cargo operated by Defendant A and k1 ton of cargo operated by Defendant B.

B. On March 3, 2016, around Kimpo-si, at the construction site in the outer circular road located in the Sinpo-si in the area of Kimpo-si, the Defendants: (i) around 21:00 on March 3, 2016, and (ii) up to KRW 10,000,000 in total of the market prices managed by the injured N of the said construction site by the injured N; (iii) around 333 (1,200cm* 1,600cm* 187,200cm* 1,200cm* 100cm *450cm, 1,200cm * 20cm * 1,200cm * 200cm * 200cm * 2000cm 200cm * 2000cm 26).

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property two times together.

6. Defendants A, B, and C’s attempted special larceny: (a) around 21:00 on March 7, 2016, at the river pumping station located on the 15-lane of 8209, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) at the river pumping station located on the said construction site using any crebs, and (c) approximately KRW 1,1.5 million (1,200cm*60cm) at the market price managed by the victim’sO located at the said construction site; and (c) at approximately 500,00 flow pumps (1,20cm *60cm) operated by Defendant A, the 1 ton cargo vehicle operated by the Defendant and the 1 ton cargo vehicle operated by the Defendant B were loaded into the truck operated by the Defendant, but the vehicle and people in the surrounding area were attempted to commit the wind.

As a result, the Defendants jointly attempted to steal another's property.
