A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B The Defendant, the representative director of the Daejeon High School, was specialized in the transportation of students using tourist buses in relation to field experience activities conducted at elementary, middle and high schools in Daejeon High School.
