Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On December 21, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year at the Seoul Central District Court for larceny. On April 27, 1999, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 27, 199. On June 15, 2001, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced to a imprisonment of two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 1, 2003. On September 27, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of two years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on September 23, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 13, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant habitually stolen the money and valuables of the victims at least six times as follows.
1. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant stolen the wallets containing KRW 1, 200,000 from the victim’s inner key money (credit card E), one driver’s license, one cash, 20,000 from the victim’s inner key money, by taking advantage of the difference in the number number of subway 1 lines in the direction of the Government.
2. On March 29, 2014, at around 22:15, the Defendant, at a national bank located in Gwangjin-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, entered a credit card in the name of the victim's national bank, which was established at the 61 location, and entered a password on the paper page with the said card, and then withdrawn KRW 200,90 from the new bank account of the above D, and continuously withdrawn KRW 200,90,000 in total, and stolen KRW 401,80 in total.
