Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Southern District Court on June 13, 2013; on June 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on October 20, 2017, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year and three months from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Seoul Southern District Court on September 19, 2018.
