A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On December 21, 1995, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court of Seoul, and on April 27, 199, the defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Northern District Court of Seoul, and on June 15, 2001, the Seoul High Court was sentenced to a imprisonment of two years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court of Seoul, and on April 1, 2003, the defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of two years and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court of Seoul Central District Court of September 27, 2005, and completed the imprisonment of two years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court of 13.
[2] The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ money and valuables on six occasions as follows.
1. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant, within the subway number number No. 1 of the subway line in the direction of the Government around March 2014, taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim D is under influence of alcohol and thereby making use of the gaps in which the victim D is locked, shall deduct him/her from the victim’s inner part, one credit card (new E card), one driver’s license, one copy of cash 20,000 won.
In other words, they stolen them.
2. On March 29, 2014, at around 22:15, the Defendant, at a national bank located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, entered a password on the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim national bank, which was established there, in which the credit card was stolen as above, and then withdrawn KRW 20,900 from the new bank account of the above D, and continued to withdraw KRW 200,90,000 in total, and stolen KRW 401,80 in the same way.
3. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant was a new bank established at a new commercial building located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 1113.
