1. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant filed a claim for revocation of dismissal disposition No. 2013-170 between the Plaintiff and the Intervenor joining the Defendant.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) was a school foundation that establishes and operates the C University, and the Plaintiff was newly appointed as an associate professor at C University Management University around August 1994, and was promoted as a full professor around April 1997. From February 1, 1997 to November 2002, the Intervenor appointed the principal of the management university and the principal of the management graduate school.

B. On March 13, 2013, the president of the Cuniversity requested a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff to the Cuniversity Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee (hereinafter “Disciplinary Committee”). After holding a meeting of the Disciplinary Committee, the Disciplinary Committee decided to punish the Plaintiff on April 18, 2013 on the following grounds: (a) the Plaintiff’s act constitutes grounds for disciplinary action under Article 61(1)3 of the Private School Act, namely, “when the Plaintiff’s act constitutes a cause of disciplinary action, regardless of whether it is inside or outside the scope of duties,” (hereinafter “instant grounds for disciplinary action”).

Accordingly, on April 24, 2013, the president of Cuniversity dismissed the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”).

1. Damaging the honor of the C University by distorted and spreading information about the D Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter “instant Disciplinary Reason 1”);
