Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has received a registered motor vehicle by transfer shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Around May 2012, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant purchased Dsch Rexroths motor vehicle from C with KRW 8 million and acquired the motor vehicle by purchasing it.

2. No person who operates a vehicle number plate shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a vehicle shall not be operated;

A. On June 2, 2013, around 22:32, the Defendant: (a) operated a motor vehicle on the road at a point of 303.1km of the Gyeong Highway; and (b) made it difficult for the Defendant to intentionally identify the registration license plate by making it difficult to identify the registration license plate by moving it to “E” in a manner that part of the front license plate of the said motor vehicle cannot be known.

B. On June 21, 2013, around 22:55, the Defendant intentionally made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by driving a DNA passenger car at a point 154.9 km on the mid-to long-speed Highway (hereinafter referred to as “E”) and making it difficult to identify the registration number plate by driving a DNA passenger car at a point 154.9 km.
