Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B SP car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 16:13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) placed the front registration number plate in front of the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu, Seoul, in order to avoid the illegal parking and stopping control; and (b) made it difficult to identify the registration number plate of the motor vehicle by placing it back of the said motor vehicle into a restaurant new guidance sign.
