Punishment of the crime

“2017 Highest 2604”: (a) Defendant A administered the amount of rice camblopon (one camopon), which is a local mental medicine, in the around June 24, 2017, within the residence of Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, 102 Dong-dong, 1305, around June 24, 2017, despite that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler; (b) Defendant A administered the amount of rice camblopon (one camopon) in the water.

Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment on October 2, 2013 for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. at Daejeon District Court on November 2, 2013 and was released on November 28, 2014 and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on January 28, 2015.

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants handled Metropha (copon, hereinafter referred to as copon, copon, copon) as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased part of KRW 1.5g 1.5g Handphones from his/her deceased person via the Internet; and (b) concealed the remainder of KRW 0.24g Handphones into the Defendant’s residence in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon Dong-gu, 102 Dong 1305; (c) from the police officer on November 2015, the Defendant carried a philophones by hiding it into the air conditioning the G Party’s office located in the Daejeon E, Seosung-gu, Daejeon, and 1305; and (d) carrying a philophones from June 1, 2015 to January 31, 2017.

B. (1) On July 2016, the Defendant provided 16:00, the G party office located in Daejeon Seodong-gu F, Daejeon, with 0.09g philophones free of charge.

2) On August 9, 2016, around 01:30 on August 9, 2016, the Defendant provided B with the penphone 0.09gg-on free of charge within the vehicles of the foregoing B, where the housing of the Seosung-gu Seodong was stopped on the alleyway.

3) On December 2, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g of philophonephones to Simopon C, an elementary school, located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with approximately 21:00.

4) On January 31, 2017, the Defendant is located in Daejeon P, Seosung-gu, Daejeon around 17:00.
