1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim additionally expanded at the trial, shall be modified as follows:

The defendant.

1. The Defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates a F University (the current name was changed to G University; hereinafter “Defendant School”) under its control; Plaintiff A around March 1, 2002; Plaintiff B around March 1, 199; Plaintiff C, and D around March 1, 1994; respectively, appointed as a full-time teacher of F University.

The Defendant maintained the salary system under which the sum of salaries and various allowances according to the annual salary class for the year of 1998 with respect to the teachers’ benefits system, while maintaining the salary system under which the amount of salaries and various allowances is added to the annual salary according to the annual salary class for the year of 1998, the Defendant enacted the annual salary system under which the remuneration is to be paid according to the annual salary that reflects the results of the immediately preceding year of the teachers and implemented

In the process, prior to the enactment of the annual salary system regulations, the defendant held a training committee for school personnel in the first semester even before February 25, 1999, and received a written consent for the application of the annual salary system from the above teachers on March 3, 199, after giving a simple guidance on the enforcement of the annual salary system.

On July 15, 2010, I, the Vice Minister of Planning, the defendant, held a faculty meeting on July 15, 2010 in order to obtain ratification from professors with respect to the above provisions of the annual salary system enacted on March 1, 199, and 40 of the members at the time attended 45 and signed a letter of consent for the supplementation of the annual salary system in the form of joint signature by 35 of them.

At the time of the enactment of the above annual salary system, the Defendant sent a notice of consent to the implementation of the annual salary system to the professors who were in office at the time of the enactment of the above annual salary system to the effect that “the meeting shall be held on February 5, 2015,” and on February 5, 2015, 32 of the 41 participants were gathered on the sixth floor of the Information Center of Defendant School, and 29 of them expressed their consent to the implementation of the annual salary system.
