A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2012, the Defendant and B, C, D, E, F, and G’s co-principal activities in collusion with B, C, D, E, E, F, and G, and around May 22:38, 2012, the Defendant driven H-based car on the right side of the Radon apartment apartment house located in Gwangjubuk-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and intentionally shocked the Plaintiff’s car while driving E, F, and G, and then, the Defendant acquired KRW 1061,680,68,680 from the victim’s injury insurance company, the victim’s injury insurance company, the victim’s Matz fire and marine insurance company, and the victim’s or life insurance company by pretending to have suffered injury by traffic accident, and then, acquired KRW 1,174,920 from the victim’s victim and life insurance company around that time as shown in the attached list No. 1061,680,920.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with J, K, and L, and the Defendant met with the victim Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., “Around August 13, 2012, at around 09:50, the victim Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.: (a) the Defendant was on the 09:50th day of August 13, 201, while driving the I New Car, while driving the I New Car, J, L, M (J’s form) and N (J’s birth) car while carrying on the P Big Corpppppppppppppppppp

The Defendant and J, L, and Q, in collusion with J, L, and Q, acquired a total of KRW 5,419,690,00 as stated in the [Attachment Table No. 2] and received insurance money from J around that time. 3. The Defendant and J, L, and Q jointly committed a crime. At around 14:00 on September 20, 201, in collusion with the victim’s East-gu White Movement Standari on the road where M was driving J, P,O, N, L, and L, and U SM car driven by T (the Defendant’s mother), Q, and Q, and received insurance money from the victim at that time, as set forth in the [Attachment No. 3] attached Table No. 951,70,70, and 300.
