Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not impede the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, part of the facts charged was revised ex officio.

1. The Defendant and B conspired to commit an insurance fraud by intentionally inducing a traffic accident with B, C, D, and E with intent to commit an insurance fraud by receiving hospital treatment as if the personal injury had occurred due to the negligent traffic accident.

Accordingly, at around 11:42 on June 19, 2018, C was driving an automobile of the Defendant, B, D, and E on the roads near the Kudong IC in Busan Metropolitan City, 1477-15, in the vicinity of the 1477-15, and caused a traffic accident by discovering and shocking the H Hasta car of G driving at the front section while discovering the change of the vehicle in the front section, and doing so. At the same time, C had the victim receive the damage of the traffic accident as if the traffic accident occurred due to the negligence of driving, and B, C, C, D, and E claimed the insurance money by receiving medical treatment from the hospital as if the personal damage was caused by the accident.

As a result, in collusion with B, C, D, and E, the Defendant received KRW 805,00 from the victim for an agreement with the victim on June 21, 2018 as the above insurance fraud act as above, and acquired KRW 4,971,710 in total amount of insurance money or acquired it from the relevant hospital or vehicle siren business as shown in No. 1 of the attached crime list No. 1.

2. The Defendant and the Defendant conspired to commit an insurance fraud by intentionally inducing a traffic accident with B, J, C, and K, and by receiving a hospital treatment as if the personal injury had occurred due to negligent traffic accidents.
