Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi while under the influence of alcohol on July 22, 2019; (b) arrived at the top of the Busan Metropolitan City Office located in front of the Busan Metropolitan City Office located in 1001 as the center of the Busan Metropolitan City, the destination of which was the destination; but (c) did not pay the taxi expenses; and (d) committed assault, such as dumping the ebb

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
