A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 00:42 on April 14, 2019, the Defendant, who was punished for drunk driving twice or more as above, driven a B-crack drive, which was owned by the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.083% at a 300-meter radius from the front side of the Busan Metropolitan Government Office located in 1001 to the front side of the company bank located in 1112, as the center of Busan Metropolitan City, as the center of the Busan Metropolitan City’s annual Gu, to the end of the company bank located in 1112.
