Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant refused to pay taxi expenses under the influence of alcohol on the 103-dong-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, and was urged to pay taxi expenses from the slope C belonging to the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station B District, which was called up after receiving the 112 report while avoiding disturbance, the Defendant: (a) expressed the desire to read “n't son, son, she is facing the police, and she must die in this Chewing,” and assaulted the victim’s body on one occasion at his own body.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.
