A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant came to know of the fact that there are many vehicles parked in large marina parking lots without locking, and used this fact to steal things in the vehicle.
At around 19:50 on October 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of 40,000 won in cash; (b) opened a door of e-car parked in the victim D (35 tax); (c) stolen property worth KRW 700,000,000 in total, including one copy of resident registration; (d) one copy of driver’s license; and (e) one wall of 300,000 won in market value; and (e) took property worth KRW 8,460,000 in total over 10 times in total, as stated in the list of crimes, from around September 21, 2015 to March 10, 2016 by the same method; and (e) opened and stolen the door of a vehicle; and (e) did not have attempted to commit any attempted crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another person's property and attempted to steal another person's property, but did not commit an attempted crime.
2. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was placed in the bulletin board for the oral repair of the victim I (53 tax) located in G G G H located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu on a day-to-day basis; (b) on the previous day, the Defendant was stolen from the vehicle parked in the Mat-dong parking lot, Et-dong, Incheon; (c) KRW 50,000,000, KRW 1 of the department store gift certificate was used as if the Defendant was owned; and (d) was sold to the victim for KRW 4
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.
The Defendant, from around 11:30 on February 2, 2016 to around 12:16 on the same day, opened a door of the vehicle of the K-5 si parkeded with the victim's J, and cut off the cash of KRW 200,000,000,000 in front of the 208 Dong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 333, from around 11:16 on February 2, 2016.
