1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. One set (No. 10) of the seized leaflet (No. 10) and one set (a box. 1);

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall sell cosmetics using raw materials that cannot be used for cosmetics, or manufacture, keep, or display cosmetics for the purpose of sale;

From June 5, 2014 to May 2016, the Defendant: (a) entrusted the manufacturing of cosmetics to He/she around June 5, 2014; (b) entrusted the manufacturing of cosmetics to He/she; and (c) supplied cosmetics to the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Council, Inc., Ltd.; (b) supplied 10 percent of domestically produced materials, including 10 percent of the total market price from around 17-propy acid, to around 2000, 30 percent of the total market price of the cosmetics; and (d) supplied 0 percent of the domestically produced materials, including 20 percent of the cosmetic; and (e) supplied 30 percent of the total market price, 40 percent of the cosmetic, 163 percent of the cosmetic; and (e) supplied 40 percent of the cosmetic products, including 501, 405 percent of the cosmetic; and (e) supplied 16 percent of the 94 percent of the cosmetic products.

2. No manufacturer or seller of cosmetics shall place an advertisement that is likely to mislead consumers into thinking he/she is a functional cosmetics, other than functional cosmetics, and shall place any indication or advertisement that is likely to deceive consumers or mislead consumers;

A. From June 5, 2014 to March 31, 2016, the Defendant stated “F” offices of the said “F,” the content of which does not include “flu license” ingredients in a domestic liquid content, such as “A license” manufactured by entrusting the manufacturing of cosmetics as raw materials, and indicated “glux” in a container equivalent to 20,369 total 20,369 of cosmetics as “fluxity”, thereby deceiving consumers differently from the fact.
